A
Note-
A note to tell you that for me The Way has meant restoring
+ refreshing = rejuvenating. But to also say that while I have
always loved traditional church and high church, as long ago as
over 20 years, I looked for what would reflect the 1st century
church. I found it at The Way! And though The Holy Spirit is
present in many ways & places, the naturalness of The Way seems
to allow for the intimacy of the Holy Spirit to become enlarged.
This is wonderful. Thank you so much for your ministry.
Maggie-
Do I believe? Is he

vicariously through them. But it wasn’t. The later it got, the
stronger I felt the pull from the mikvah’s waters. By 4:00, I
was desperate to have my own Mikvah Experience, but it was
getting late...

Finding My Voice-
Events

a marriage, a new job, a new used shirt or pair of pants, a bowl
of soup or peanut butter and jelly sandwich… were we on the
receiving end of these gifts or the giver of these gifts?
I have been so very blessed in my life. For me, one of these
life changing events was finding The Way...

Reflections on the Easter
Vigil-
“Wade in
the water. Wade in the water, children. Wade in the water.
God’s gonna trouble the water.” With a slow tambourine beat and
a bluesy undertone, these words resonated throughout the
sanctuary in the minutes just before Easter Day arrived. It was
one of the last acts of The Way’s Easter Vigil—remembering our
baptisms. One by one, folks came forward to dip their hands
into waters drawn from our baptistery. It was a quiet,
meditative time at the end of a long but meaningful experience
of worship. I thought about getting in line myself, but—quite
frankly—my feet and I were enjoying the rest. ...
